Chrissy Daugherty is absolutely the best!!! I have bought 8 homes in past 50 years, and have sold 5 of them using professional realtors. She is the most knowledgeable, most professional, and most understanding, realtor with whom I have ever worked. Her calm demeanor made this experience less stressful, and therefore, most enjoyable. She was on top of the situation every step of the way and was extremely patient when we needed explanations. Her guidance was spot on, and her recommendations/advice really helped us from the first showing, through the negotiations, to the smoothest closing I have ever experienced. Any realtor can list your home. Why is Chrissy the only real estate agent I would use in the area? She goes far above and beyond to make sure everything runs as smoothly as it possibly can. She has sold two houses for us. One of which was a beautiful but extremely neglected home. It seemed everything that could go wrong, did. Chrissy goes far above what her job responsibilities are to make the sale happen and to do right by both the buyer and seller. Time and time again, she has come through when I thought all hope was lost. Her out of the box thinking and vast knowledge of contractors was a huge help. Good Job

Chrissy was absolutely amazing!!!! My father recently passed, and I had to sell his house. I had it on the market with another agent for 8 weeks with no offers and nearly no showings, which was very concerning because I needed the house sold sooner than later. Once I contacted Chrissy, everything moved so fast! She and her team were so quick and so good!! We had our first offer within about 8 days instead of the 8 weeks I had been waiting. She held my hand every step of the way because I had no idea what I was doing and was a bit traumatized by the first agent, but she made it all seem not so bad. She kept me posted on everything and regularly touched base. It wasn’t a big sale by any means, but she still treated it like it was. And that meant the world to me.
